We ship the unit
Your PlantReach unit arrives prepared for your company and ready for installation.
Industrial remote access
Connect your engineers to PLCs and industrial equipment without opening inbound ports, exposing the plant network, or sending someone to site.
How it works
No inbound firewall rules and no public IP address required at the factory.
Your PlantReach unit arrives prepared for your company and ready for installation.
Connect power and Ethernet on site. The unit establishes its own secure outbound connection.
Authorised engineers connect through the portal and work with the PLC as if they were on site.
Access with control
Give engineers the visibility they need while keeping each customer, site and device separated.
Every field unit has an isolated tunnel and a distinct identity. Access can be managed device by device.
See reachable PLCs and their addresses before connecting, reducing guesswork during remote support.
Grant the right people access to the right sites without sharing credentials or one common VPN profile.
Modern encrypted tunnels protect traffic between engineers, the PlantReach gateway and the factory edge.
